These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ann Fairway's website, located at https://www.annfairway.com/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Ann Fairway website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Additional Terms for Direct Purchases

From time to time, the Ann Fairway website may offer physical or digital products for sale, including special-edition books. The following conditions apply specifically to such purchases.

Orders & Payments

  • Payments for physical or digital products are processed securely through Stripe.
  • The Company does not store or have access to full card details.
  • An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully completed and a confirmation email has been issued.
  • All prices shown are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

  • At present, physical products are shipped within the United Kingdom only.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery is usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries are made via reputable UK couriers such as Yodel, Evri, Royal Mail or similar services.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. The Company is not liable for delays caused by the courier or incorrect delivery details supplied by you.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to request a return of physical products within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK consumer law.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in unused and resaleable condition.
  • All included components (e.g. wrapping, bookplate, extras) must be returned.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we will either replace it or issue a refund and cover return postage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalised items (e.g. books signed to a named individual).

Order Communications

Following a successful purchase:

  • Stripe will issue a receipt containing your order details.
  • Additional transactional emails (order being prepared / shipping confirmation) may be sent via MailerLite.
  • Your shipping information may be held temporarily in secure internal systems (such as Google Sheets or Airtable) solely for fulfilment purposes.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing the Ann Fairway website, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Ann Fairway website's Privacy Policy.
